How long does a typical alteration take?
Most basic alterations (hems, buttons, simple repairs) are completed within 2-3 business days. More complex work like resizing or custom creations may take 1-2 weeks depending on the scope.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Currently, we operate from our St. George's location. However, for bulk orders or special circumstances, we may be able to arrange pickup/delivery. Contact us to discuss.
What's your pricing like?
Basic alterations start from $10-15 EC. We provide free quotes for all work - simply bring in your garment or send us photos via WhatsApp for an estimate.
Can you work with delicate or vintage fabrics?
Yes! We have experience with silk, lace, vintage fabrics, and other delicate materials. We'll always discuss the specific requirements and any risks before starting work.
